i never really liked ':)'ing close friends/boyfriend or receiving them.
something abt it seems too polite, nearly superficial or patronising even if i know it really isnt. i shall stop smiley-facing from now! except for cases when i need to be polite, superficial or patronising. maybe also when i am actually really pissed but i still want to play nice and hope you are not too dense to realise that.
i much prefer XD :/ :0 -.- T.T
we shall nt be polite and too nice to each other, overly-dramatic emoticons is the way to go!
