a meetup with a few of my primary school friends, with whom, in all honesty have not exactly been actively in touch. the turn-up for this meeting was disappointing, in contrast to the previous gathering where nearly half the class turned up. however, this time, unexpectedly turning up were the ones who were absent previously.

yet, i am more at ease in smaller groups where awkward laspes of silences are easily filled with a random suggestion of jumping (?)
admittedly, the apprehension i face each time there is a suggestion of meeting up can only be soothed by the confirmation of the presence of shukryspx

imagine finding out a once close friend actually went to south africa for 3 years and none of us had any idea till.. now.
the intersection of our lives' lines obviously diverged into various parallel lines since.

i would like to share this article written by my friend on another friend - whom i greatly admire for his courage and determination in facing this life-changing decision.
i am so proud of him.
dont think he knows it.

happy:)
