obsessively scratching my nose to a raw reddish swollen lump in the middle of my face for a reason im not sharin with you, is bothering me.
at a sub-conscious level, my fingers involuntarily approach its target with a menace they sought to scratch it out from my face.
the scars, in addition to my naturally ugly nose - is a terrible sight to behold by the time i end a bout of complusive scratching and attaining a pseudo sense of satisfaction (seriously, what for?!)
regrets then began to form in rapid succession
the most immediate being the victimized nose clearly reflected back to me in the mirror
then the scars, and the long term damage done.
heres a solemn promise to myself never to do damage to myself again;(
